These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services of Andes Construction Services LLC, doing business as Awesome Group Construction ("Awesome Group Construction," "we," "us," or "our"), including our marketing brands AG Signature Kitchens, Awesome Custom Homes, Awesome Additions, Awesome Remodeling, and Awesome Pools. By using our website, submitting an inquiry, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms.

We provide residential construction services in our active service markets. Information on our website — including project examples, budget ranges, and timelines — is for general information only and does not constitute an offer, quote, or contract. Pricing, scope, and schedule for any project are set out in a written agreement.

2. SMS / text messaging terms

By providing your mobile telephone number to us — through our website form, in person, by phone, or by text — and opting in to receive text messages, you agree to the following SMS terms.

Program description

Awesome Group Construction sends customer-care and conversational text messages related to your inquiry and project, including appointment scheduling and confirmations, project and schedule updates, quote and proposal follow-ups, and responses to questions you send us.

Opt-in and consent

You opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages (for example, by submitting our contact form, or by texting us). Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and the stage of your project.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. We are not responsible for charges imposed by your carrier.

Opt-out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. To resume messages, reply START.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile service provider and is not guaranteed.

Privacy

Your mobile information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

3. Estimates, proposals, and agreements

Any estimate or proposal we provide is valid for the period stated on it and is subject to a signed written agreement before work begins. The terms of that written agreement govern the project and control over any conflicting information on this website.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, the Awesome Group Construction name and marks, and the design — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our prior written permission.

5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Awesome Group Construction is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.
